We build interactive experiences

Mobile apps, AR/VR, product configurators, architectural visualization, interactive web experiences, and games, from concept to delivery.

Product Configurator

Interactive product and interior configurators. Materials, colours and parts swap in real time, at visualization quality.

More

A configurator puts the product in the customer’s hands before it exists. Every change is rendered the moment it is made, at the quality you would expect from a still, not a stripped-back preview.

Every variant is wired to your pricing and stock, so the configuration a customer submits is always one you can actually build.

  • Real-time materials

Colours, finishes and trims swap instantly, with no reload.

  • In VR and AR

The space at 1:1, or the product in the customer’s own room.

  • Hooks into your stack

The finished configuration goes straight to an order.

Lightverse

A real-time interior configurator built in Unreal Engine. Doors, tiling, flooring and layout change instantly, and the scene still looks like a finished visualization rather than a preview. Every variant is wired to a catalogue and a price list, so a customer sees what their configuration costs as they build it.

Then they put on a headset and stand in the flat at 1:1, with the real view out of the window and the real light. We delivered ten fully furnished apartments this way for a developer, in three weeks.

iShowroom

Our partner, building bespoke configurators and digital twins for automotive, machinery, high-end products and design. Customers assemble the product themselves, see live pricing and availability, and drop it into their own space in augmented reality.

Runs on PC, iOS, Android and in VR; a finished configuration comes out the other end as an enquiry and as sales documentation. Studio 301 provided the development capacity behind the platform.

Gaussian Splats

Photorealistic 3D captures rendered in the browser. Walk through real spaces with point-cloud technology.

More

Gaussian splatting captures a real space the way it actually looks: reflections, transparency and soft shadows included, all of which conventional scanning throws away.

All it takes is a video or a set of photographs. The result opens in a browser and embeds into a site or a pitch deck.

We can build a splat from a real object or a whole space, and equally from a virtual scene that so far exists only as a model. Either way it ends up the same: something a client opens in a browser and walks through, with nothing to install.

  • Photoreal output

Keeps reflections and fine material detail intact.

  • Real or virtual

A physical object, a space, or a scene that only exists as a model.

  • Fast capture

We can shoot a space in a single visit.

  • Light to deliver

The compressed model streams in progressively.

Architectural Visualization

Virtual walkthroughs and architectural visualization. Explore spaces before they're built, powered by Unreal Engine.

More

Visualization shows a building before anyone breaks ground, in real light, with real materials, sitting in its actual surroundings.

Alongside stills we build walkthroughs, so a client can move through the layout at their own pace.

  • Day and night

    One model, several lighting conditions.

  • Walkthrough

The client moves through the space themselves.

  • Sales-ready assets

    Print-quality stills for marketing.

Desvix

A real-time architectural visualization platform. The scene is path traced as you move through it. Light, shadows and reflections behave the way they do in the world, and glass finally looks like glass. It also handles the things visualization usually falls down on: vertical parallelism, smooth shading, triplanar materials across awkward geometry.

It runs as a cloud web platform, so several people can join the same scene at once. An investor, an architect and the municipality walk the project together and decide over the thing all of them are looking at. Desvix also put FINEP’s Nový Opatov into Mapy.cz, the first development project to appear there.

AR / VR

Immersive augmented and virtual reality experiences for training, retail, entertainment, and beyond.

More

AR and VR earn their keep where something needs a dry run: training an operator, showing a machine mid-cycle, or standing a product up in a real room.

We build for headsets and for ordinary phones, depending on where people will actually use it.

  • Training and rehearsal

Procedures repeat with no risk and no cost.

  • Product in place

Customers put the thing in their own space.

  • Across devices

    Headsets, phones and tablets.

Story of Prague

A museum you walk through with your phone. The Unity app recognises what a visitor is standing in front of and lays an augmented reality layer over the exhibit: reconstructions, period footage, commentary. The client runs the content themselves through a custom CMS over a local database, so the exhibition changes without us and without a new app build.

The app drives hardware too: over ESP32 it fires physical interactive elements in the room itself.

Games

Game development in Unity and Unreal Engine. From early prototypes to polished releases across platforms.

More

We take games from first prototype to release on Steam: our own titles as well as contract work on a specific system, tool or optimisation pass.

Movies Tycoon

A management sim set in the film industry. Grow a studio from one small stage into a hit factory, scout and manage actors and directors, and shoot your own films from script to premiere.

It has three expansions: Dawn of Cinema, Thrills & Spectacles and Streaming Wars.

  • Unity
  • C#
  • HLSL

Leave No One Behind: Ia Drang

A tactical real-time strategy game set in the Vietnam War. The 1965 fights for landing zones X-Ray and Albany and the Plei Me camp, where positioning your units and timing artillery and air support is what decides them.

A standalone VR version is also available.
